Steve Hedges Photography - I have been on a large number of Steve's workshops and mini-break photography trips ranging from landscape photography in Norfolk to the red deer rut in Richmond Park. I always come home with fabulous images and some new things to try out. You never stop learning with Steve.
Benfleet Camera Club - Joining a camera club is probably one of the best ways to improve your photography and Benfleet is a club with a very high standard of members. Competitions are a great way of seeing others work and ideas.
Andy Farrer - I will always remember by 1:1 with Andy back in 2015, it was a foggy November day with full autumn colours in Dorset. He had just been announced as the LPOTY and he took me to some wonderful locations and provided a great tutorial for the day. I must do it again sometime.
Justin Minns - I have always liked Justin's images of Essex, Suffolk and Norfolk many of which have done very well in the national competitions. I attended one of his Suffolk workshops this spring which was really enjoyable so much so I have booked another for September .
fotovue.com - FotoVue Guidebooks show you where and how to take photographs in a variety of UK locations and abroad. The guidebooks are written for photographers by photographers and are extremely useful when planning your trip and/or holiday. My collection of FotoVue guidebooks continues to grow as new books are published.
Joe Cornish - Probably one of the first photography books I purchased was "The Northumberland Coast" by Joe Cornish. His work is really inspiring and I have been lucky enough to attend a few of his lectures when he visited Essex which were equally inspiring.
John Gibbs - I think I have all of John's photography books, The Suffolk coast, the Norfolk coast and the Broads. These are some of the best but under-rated locations in the UK and Johns books inspire me to visit these locations and see what I can do.
